Here's how it works:
 
1) Send an email to ribbons@stickysweetdiabetics.org  and include your name, the address you want the ribbons delivered to, the number of ribbons you are requesting and the date you need them by (Your information will not be shared with anyone)
 
Note: If you do not receive your order within two weeks of your request please contact me.
